These Terms govern access to our site, account registration, casino and bingo play, sports betting, payments, promotions, verification, safer-gambling controls and support. Creating an account or using the service means you accept the Terms and any product rules shown at the point of play.
1. Eligibility and legal age
You must be at least 18, legally permitted to gamble and able to enter a binding agreement. We can request identity and age evidence before account use, payment processing or withdrawal.
2. One accurate and secure account
Register with your legal name, correct date of birth, current address and contact details. One account is permitted per player. Keep credentials confidential, update changed information and notify support immediately after suspected access.
3. Verification and source-of-funds checks
We may request photo ID, proof of address, payment ownership, bank statements, payslips or source-of-funds evidence. Enhanced review can be required by account activity, transaction value, security signals or legal duties. Payments can remain under review until requested evidence is accepted.
4. Deposits and account balance
Use only a payment method you are authorised to use. The core cashier supports GBP deposits from £10 through eligible debit-card and bank-transfer routes. Failed payments, reversals, chargebacks and duplicate credits may be investigated and corrected. Account balance is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest.
5. Withdrawal requests

7. Casino, bingo and betting rules
Each game, bingo room and market has specific settlement rules. Completed system records determine accepted stakes, results and balance changes. Interrupted rounds resume or settle according to provider records. Obvious pricing, odds, payment or technical errors can be corrected and affected transactions voided where the applicable rules permit.
8. Prohibited conduct
Do not use false documents, multiple accounts, collusion, automated play, payment abuse, chargebacks without basis, bonus manipulation, account sharing, unlawful funds or tools intended to disguise identity or location. We may restrict, suspend or close accounts and preserve evidence while investigating.
9. Safer gambling and account controls
Deposit limits, Play Break and self-exclusion apply across the account. A Play Break can run from 24 hours to six weeks; self-exclusion begins at six months. We may also intervene where activity suggests harm. These controls do not convert gambling into a source of income or guarantee protection from loss.
10. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Site software, branding, text, graphics and databases are protected. You may use the service personally but may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt or commercially exploit it.
11. Complaints and disputes

12. Liability, changes and severability
Gambling involves risk and winnings are never guaranteed. We are not responsible for losses caused by your credential disclosure, unsupported devices, third-party networks or events outside reasonable control, subject to rights that law does not allow us to exclude. We may update these Terms and show a revised date. If one clause is unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue.
